Day 1: Arrival Cairo
Arrival in the Land of the Pharaohs. At Cairo International Airport you will be welcomed and assisted through immigration and customs by our representative, then escorted to your hotel.

Day 2: Cairo / Luxor
Morning visit to the Egyptian Museum of Antiquities which includes the world’s largest collection of Pharaonic artifacts and the treasures of Tutankhamun’s Tomb. Our next stop will be at the oldest part of the city, Know as Coptic Cairo, originally a Roman fortress town called ‘’Babylon”. Visit the Hanging Church, the Church of Abu Serga and Ben Ezra Synagogue. Afternoon visit to the Great Pyramids Cheops, Chephren, and Mykerinos of Giza and the enigmatic Sphinx, Back to hotel. Overnight in Cairo. After you will be escorted to the Cairo Railway Station to board the Night sleeping train to Luxor. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Day 3: Luxor
Arrival to Luxor train station, upon arrival you will meet & assist by Santa Maria Tours representative and escorted to your Nile Cruise Ship where you will spend the next 6 nights / 7 days. After Lunch, We will visit the great Temples which provide an unforgettable introduction to ancient Egypt. Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. Overnight in Luxor. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Day 4: Luxor / Esna / Edfu
This morning we cross to the West Bank visit the Necropolis of Thebes, the incredible Valley of the Kings, then we visit the amazing temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Which are two giant seated figures that are all that remains of the mortuary temple of Amon-Ofis III. Sail to Esna. Cross the lock. Sail to Edfu and Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Day 5: Edfu / Kom Ombo / Aswan
Visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu, Said to be the best preserved temple on the Nile. Sail to Kom Ombo.We visit the temple shared by the the two Gods Sobek and Haroeris. Sail to Aswan and Overnight. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Day 6: Aswan
After breakfast explore the High Dam. Then we travel by motorboat to the Temple of Isis, rising from the waters of the Nile on the island of Philae. After we join a Felucca (Sailing boat) to view of the Agha Khan Mausoleum. Overnight in Aswan. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Day 7: Aswan / Kom Ombo / Edfu
Early Morning, there is a once in a life time opportunity to take an optional excursion to the mighty Sun Temple of Abu Simbel, Flanked by four giant stone statues of Ramses II. The temple was reclaimed from the dam and reconstructed in its present and unforgettable location. Back to Aswan. Sail to Edfu. Visit the roofless Temple of Kom Ombo. Overnight in Edfu.

Day 8: Edfu / Esna / Luxor
Sail to Esna. Visit the temple of God Khnum. Sail to Luxor. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 9: Luxor
Disembarkation after breakfast. Visit Luxor Museum. Afternoon transfer to catch the overnight sleeping train back to Cairo. (Breakfast)  

Day 10: Cairo
Arrive Cairo train station meet & assist; transfer to our hotel for check in. Overnight in Cairo. (Breakfast)
