Hotel & Nile Cruise Accommodation: 
Reservation should be made as early as possible to book your desired accommodation especially if you are traveling in the peak season (Christmas and Easter). Santa Maria Tours will do it’s best to book the accommodations you have requested but will offer another hotel/Nile Cruise of the same standard as close as possible to the location requested if your hotel choice is not available. Reservation will not be guaranteed until the booking is confirmed and deposit is received. This deposit is refundable if your first choice of accommodation is not available and the alternative offered is not suitable to you. Once you accept our alternative choice in written document by fax or email, and accommodation reservations are confirmed by our side, the cancellation policies will be applied.  The quality of the hotels has been rated in accordance of the Ministry of tourism in Egypt and could be different from the standard in other countries.

Reservations should be made as early as possible to book the desired holiday package. Once packages are confirmed, they are subject to cancellation penalties or change fees if the Guest needs to cancel or change their travel arrangements. All the rooms or Cabins in our packages are standard rooms if any other type of room is required by the client such as Nile view, pyramids view, Superior or Executive room, upper deck in Nile Cruise, a supplement will be added.

Deposits & Payments
We aim to be as flexible with deposits and payments as possible.
However, certain early commitment for our services enables us to offer the finest services on the market at optimum rates. Payment can be made by either credit card (Visa & MasterCard) with a 3% surcharge using our secured pay on line system or by wire bank transfer. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. Please note the wire transfer incurs bank transfer fees (on both sides). You will need to ensure your payment covers these fees.
Space will be secured upon receive a deposit of: (This deposit forms part of your final payment)
A deposit of minimum 30% or at 50% during Peak period (Christmas and Easter) of the total Invoice is required before arrangements can be confirmed. Full payment is required at least 30 days prior of arrival.
Payments should be received within 7 days of booking. If clients are late with payments we reserve the right to cancel our services.

Our responsibility for your holiday:
We accept responsibility for ensuring that your travel arrangements, which you book with us, are supplied to you as confirmed by us on your confirmation invoice and in accordance with the web site description are provided in a reasonable standard. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arrangements have been made for all our package and that the suppliers of the various services provided to you as part of your holiday are efficient.
We cannot accept responsibility due to reasons beyond our control such as, without limitation, death, illness, injury, terrorist activity, war, natural disasters, technical problems to transport, cancellation changes of schedules by schedule airlines/trains or which results from the negligent of any servant or agent, or any supplier, working on our behalf in the provision of services or facilities to you and whilst acting within the scope of their employment.
We cannot be held responsible for the loss of enjoyment or additional expenses due to travel arrangements, or any other services not provided or organized by Santa Maria Tours.

Complaints by the Customers
Each complaint will be addressed to Santa Maria Tours by phone and then in written during the stay in Egypt and before leaving a hotel which may be a source of complaint. No complaints firstly addressed to Santa Maria Tours by the customer when returned to his country of origin will be accepted.

• Though Santa Maria Tours will do all what is in their power to solve the source of the complaint as soon as they have been advised about it.

Travel Insurance:

Discounts for Groups:
Group discounts available depending on group size, please ask Santa Maria Tours when booking your holiday.

Check In / Check Out Times:
These vary according to each hotel. Generally your accommodation check in is 2pm and check out 10am. Please note that most properties may need to see photo identification on check-in.

Rates and Price Variations:
We reserve the right to vary published rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason. No extra charge for your reservation will be applied if the total invoice is paid already. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Price Inclusions and Exclusions:
Items included in the prices are specified in each section. Prices do not include, meals other than as stated in itineraries, any air fares unless stated, Government departure taxes, passport and visa charges, airport taxes, any items of a personal nature such as telephone calls, beverages, laundry or other items not specified.

Passport and visas:
It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that his/her travel documents, passports and visas are valid at least six months and are in order prior to departure. Santa Mari Tours cannot be held liable for any visa or documentation not held by the client, nor will they be held liable should a passenger be refused entry into any country for any reason.
High commission or embassy of the country is questioned for latest updated information on visa/passport requirements of the country in question.

All baggage and personal effects are at all times at the at the client's risk and Santa Maria Tours cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage of baggage or any personal effects

Availability confirmation:
Any reservation can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit/full payment. All confirmations are to be in writing only.via e-mail or by fax.

Changes requested by the client:
Any change requested by the clients is subject to the cancellation penalty.
If a reservation is changed more than once then Santa Maria Tours reserves the right to increase the administration fees.

Children policy:
Persons under 18 may book any of our tours only if they are travelling with a parent or legal guardian.
